cell phone protection

i had a GREAT radio show yesterday about cell phone safety (which you can find by clicking on the BLOG TALK RADIO logo on the right)

as i said on the show, there are some BIG RED FLAGS that caused me to be concerned when i was first researching this whole subject

one was that no insurance companies were willing to insure the cell phone companies because of the studies suggesting that long term cell phone use could be hazardous to one’s health (so the cell phone companies had to be self-insured)

the other red flag was that other countries were taking a more proactive stance

England was warning teenagers to keep their cell phone use to a minimum

and Japan banned cell phone use from trains because of second hand radiation!

again, as i said on the show, we don’t have to be brainy or science-oriented to understand that it’s better to err on the side of caution

and better to be safe than sorry
