one of the things I like to do every day – at least once or twice a day -during the tree pollen season

i prefer the squeeze bottle – squirt the saline water up one nostril and it comes out the other

i highly recommend it for anyone with pollen allergies – also for stuffy, congested sinuses – sinus pain, etc.

bumped my head

i bumped my head the other day – i got dizzy about a half hour later

the dizzy feeling lasted about a day, then it cleared up

i put ice on the spot where i bumped my head right away – on and off for a couple hours – then every few hours

i also used young living oregano oil

just rubbed in a drop on the spot where i bumped my head every four hours

the thing i love about oregano oil is that not only is it so fantastic as a germ killer

it is also an AWESOME anti-inflammatory and an awesome pain killer!

so just a reminder to those of you out there who never thought to use oregano oil for bruises, aches and pains
